Positive Reviews
positive:
Views of the Sagrada Familia.
Is there a more iconic view in Barcelona than the
distinctive spires of the Sagrada Familia? Guests love the views offered from
the apartments, some of which include sights of Gaudi's cathedral. Plus, most
guests seem to think that the apartments are well-appointed and comfortable for
a family stay.
positive:
Great Barcelona location.
This area has it all, from Gaudi architecture to excellent tapas bars and a whole host of shops, so it's no wonder guests love the location as a base for exploring the city. They find the transport links easy to navigate too, with staff happy to provide advice.
positive:
Safe and quiet atmosphere.
Guests feel safe in these apartments, and relish the privacy offered. It's a home away from home, and despite the large windows and busy location, guests generally find it to be very peaceful and quiet.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some issues with the bathrooms.
Guests report some small issues in the bathrooms - things like the hot water not being consistent, or little repairs that need to be made to some of the fittings. Guests also say that the bathrooms are on the small side, so it might be a bit of a squeeze.
negative:
The WiFi is a little unreliable.
While free WiFi is provided throughout the complex, some guests have complained about the signal dropping, or finding the connection very slow. If you're depending on the WiFi during your stay, this may be frustrating.
negative:
The reception is located away from the rooms.
If you want lots of personal attention and pampering, this apartment complex might not be ideal; the service seems to be good, but it's discreet, and you'll be mostly left to your own devices. The reception is located a couple of blocks away from the apartments, and some guests weren't so happy about dragging luggage between the two places.
