The beach isn't close to the hotel and a shuttle service is provided which takes around ten to 15-minutes although the beach is quite small and very rocky so some previous guests were disappointed with this.

It has been reported that the on-site bars and nightclub can play music until quite late which can be quite loud and a disturbance to sleep.

The whole complex is fairly large and some people reportedly found it difficult to find their way around due to the lack of signage and often got lost.
