Hotel Ancasa Express @ Pudu (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Previous guests were impressed with the overall assistance of the staff. The employees were polite and accommodating from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. They have provided fast and efficient service that was enjoyed by the guests.

Most of the positive reviews are focused on the practical and convenient location of the hotel. It is connected to major transport systems such as Pudu Bus Terminal, Plaza Rakyat train station and just a short drive from the airport. Moreover, the hotel is also close to Chinatown, Petaling Street, and major tourists destinations in Kuala Lumpur.

Due to its modern furnishings and design, most guests were generally satisfied with the rooms. Rooms were clean, well-kept, comfortable, and equipped with all basic necessities for the guests. Each is also huge enough and has nice modern amenities.

Most previous guests were disappointed with the quality of the air-conditioning system. Units were not functioning properly and guests had a hard time staying inside the rooms and getting some decent sleep due to the hot room temperature and overall poor quality.

Guests complained about the poor quality of Internet signal within the hotel. Internet access was slow and most users had the tendency to disconnect. Signal was unstable and was not functioning most of the time, so most guests were not able to maximise the free Wi-Fi.

The rooms facing the back portion of the hotel was quite noisy according to most guests. The noise coming from the trains and railway track especially during midnight or wee hours was disturbing. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs during sleep.
