Positive Reviews
positive:
Spectacular Locale
The hotel location is marvellous. You are actually in the middle of it all! You can easily walk to everything, which makes it convenient for exploring if you don't mind walking. You are close to the Viktualienmarkt, the Hofbräuhaus, and Marienplatz. Regardless of where you walk, the ambiance of the town is quaint and chic.
positive:
Housekeeping And Design
The room and building are clean with quality furnishings. Housekeeping does a good job of keeping the place tidy. The bathroom is well equipped, the mirror is a decent size, the complimentary toiletries come in handy, hairdryer works, and the towels are on a heated rack. The shower is great too.
positive:
Cordial And Helpful
The staff are cordial and helpful. Perhaps they could do with a bit more etiquette training, but overall, there's not too much to complain about.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Elevator Blues
There is only one elevator and if that breaks, which is known to have happened, you are left with climbing several floors of stairs. It seems that getting things fixed takes longer than what would be considered reasonable.
negative:
No Insulation And The Price Is Too High
The price is high and it doesn't seem to match all the suffering you go through due to the consistent noise. There is noise from the street, bars, clubs, garbage trucks, construction, and whatever else that makes a sound. The insulation is poor to say the least.
negative:
Small, Small, Small
The rooms are small, in fact, you may consider them tiny. The lobby area is small and even the elevator is small.
