The location of AmericInn Hotel & Suites Omaha is convenient. It's a walking distance to many malls and restaurants, and the Omaha Zoo can be reached in a short drive. Moreover, the Westroads Mall is just half a block away.

The complimentary breakfast served was more than adequate, with a variety of foods to select from such as toast, eggs, sausage, bagels and an assortment of Danish and muffins. The waffle maker seemed to be a big hit with strawberries and whip cream on the side. The choices were ample, and you can request for a fresh fruit "to go".

From the moment you step at the hotel, you will be greeted with smiles by the receptionists and staff. You will not feel intimidated at their presence, and you will find comfort with their reliable services.

Wi-Fi connection in the lobby and in all public areas is quite patchy and slow. The connection in the room also has the same unreliable connection.

Upon arrival, you might find out that there are still traces of previous occupants in your room. In addition, the tiles in the shower had scum, while there are still hairs on the beds and the pillows. When you experience this issue, be sure to call the staff to have your room cleaned again, or you can ask for an immediate room transfer from the management.

Some of the rooms have faulty air-conditioning system. Others have compressors that are wheezing, while some just don't work at all. If you experience this, do not hesitate to call the management for a room replacement or quick equipment repair.
