Guests commented that the Americas Best Value San Antonio AT&T Center is set in a quiet location and provides comfortable rooms and amenities at budget friendly prices. Although located close to the IH-35 highway, the location is nice and quiet. The rooms are clean and spacious and have the added convenience of a mini-fridge along side tea and coffee making facilities. Guests also enjoyed the outdoor pool area and complimentary breakfast.

The At&T Center is a five-minute drive away from the hotel or 30-minutes by bus. If you're travelling with children, the Splashtown water park is a two-minute drive or a 15-minute walk way. Other nearby attractions include the Willow Springs Golf Course and Fort Sam Houston which can also be reached within five-minutes' drive. Various cafes and restaurants can also be found within walking distance or a short drive away.

The front desk staff provide friendly assistance as well as a fast and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Despite other favorable reviews, the standard of cleanliness is not reliable as a number of guests complained about the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests found that the bathroom areas in particular had not been thoroughly cleaned, and in some cases mold was found growing along the tiles. Other guests complained that the bed sheets were dirty and that the carpets had not been vacuumed.

Some guests complained of substandard facilities in the private bathrooms, including broken showers and rusty fixtures.

While Wi-Fi is free, the connection can be slow which may be frustrating to guests.
