The staff at the hotel has been found to be helpful and friendly. The staff members are quite accommodating to the needs of the guests. Some of the guests reported that they always feel welcomed by coming at this hotel.

A lot of guests highly appreciated the neat, well maintained and heated swimming pool at the hotel, featuring fresh/clean water.

A lot of attractions such as the Garden of the Gods, Rock Ledge Ranch for a play, Cave Dwellings, Cave of the Winds and various eateries can be reached within a short drive from the hotel, which allowed the guests to enjoy themselves to the hilt.

There have been complaints regarding the rooms at the hotel to be extremely dirty and smelly, featuring filthy/dusty carpets and worn out beds. The light switches were dirty and sticky, bulbs were missing, the bed sheets and pillow covers had stains all over and everything was itchy. Moreover, the presence of dead insects in the rooms left the guests highly frustrated and annoyed.

The breakfast served at the hotel has been reported to be horrible. The eggs served were cold and to the guest's astonishment, instead of replacing them with hot/fresh eggs, the staff was found to be reheating them. The bagels and fruits were missing in the breakfast and included poor quality pastries instead.

The heating/air-conditioning system was not functional as the guests could not regulate it. The refrigerator door did not stay shut, the plugs did not work and hair-dryer was missing. The miserable condition of these items left the guests very disappointed.
