Location of the At Minds has been convenient to the guests. Business travellers have especially recommended it as it is at a business center. Do note that it is away from the city but is well connected to the city by the sky-train. A number of small cafes are located nearby as well.

Many guests felt that the accommodation was well worth the price. The rooms are big with a lot of amenities. There is also a small balcony to smoke. English channels are also available on TV.

The At Minds Suite has seemingly worked a lot on improving the quality of service over time. Many guests have been appreciative of this. They say that the staff is helpful, welcoming and also speak English.

Guests have complained that the walls are thin and they could clearly hear conversations in the next room. Having a big group of travellers next door could ruin your night. Additionally, room close to the international school is best avoided.

ACs in the suite has received much flak. There have been complaints of it not cooling the room sufficiently, especially during summer. Some of the guests have had problems with high water leakage from AC. Frequent power cuts on certain parts of the year do not help.

Guests have complained that the pool looks tired, unmanaged and is very small with not much room to hang out. Some have commented that the tiles are old and coming off. However, there have been some recent words on the management working on this.
