The apartments, townhouses, and rooms all have convenient locations in the area. They are close to restaurants and most are near the water and the marina. From each, you can easily walk and get to what you need.

The units are well-laid out and are very spacious. They have modern decor and provide a comfortable stay with relaxing beds. The rooms also are filled with amenities that are useful for travellers, like full kitchens with cooking and serving ware and laundry facilities.

If you hate the bother and fuss of checking into and using motels and hotels, these units give a great alternative. There aren't front desks and rooms of noisy neighbours. This is more like staying in a home with relaxing spaces instead of being confined in a standard motel room.

Not all the units are motel issue rooms. Some seem to be the personal spaces of owners who have vacated for the time period you're there.
