Don't worry about hiring a cab; feel free to explore on foot! The property is close enough to the beaches, restaurants, shops, and clubs so you can get to all of them with only a short walk.

The staff is there to provide you with whatever you need to enjoy your time at the premises. If you have any requests, just ask and they will be happy to accommodate you.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, with a bit of a trek between the beaches and Zona Romantica.  Come prepared to get some exercise; however, there's a cable car to help with the steepest part of the street and there are also many stairs to contend with.

Not all rooms provide hot water or sufficient water pressure, and you may experience problems with the drains. Though the Wi-Fi is free, internet service is not always available. Also, to ensure a good night's sleep, it's important to make certain your room is on the side of the hotel that is away from the freeway.

Some of the rooms and facilities are old and a bit run down. For example, some of the rooms may have faulty plumbing or poor lighting. Though there used to be a rooftop bar, it has been closed down for some time.
