You can’t beat this property just off Route 9 for it’s easy-to-reach location which puts you just a few yards away from the beach. There’s a beach-front restaurant on site, the Orchard Beach Pier is close at hand and the centre of Old Orchard Beach, where you’ll find dozens of restaurants, eclectic shops, bars and entertainment venues, is a short walk away.

The restaurant here serves simple yet delicious food at both breakfast and lunch. Located right on the beach you also have great views of the ocean.

Although the guest rooms at this hotel are clean, the decor is dated and a bit past its prime. Bathroom fixtures in need of replacement, worn carpeting and furnishings and beds that have seen better days are among the worst offenders.

The prices at this hotel are a bit high considering the dated nature of the property and the fact that so many other hotels in the area, which are newer, are comparably priced.

Some of the guest rooms and bathrooms here are on the small side and oddly configured which could be problematic if you are travelling with more than one person or need extra room to manoeuvre.
