Even among detractors, visitors commented that the staff at this hotel are friendly and treat guests warmly. Many people found the staff pleasant to deal with and thought they were willing to help whenever possible.

While the room seemed slightly odd to some visitors that was also part of the appeal to them. It gave the fixtures and furniture a very hip and modern feel.

If you need to be in downtown Orlando for events, many guests commented that the hotel is within walking distance (or very short drive) to their venues. So if you're looking for a place in Orlando that's away from the theme parks, and in the heart of the city, this location is ideal according to most guests.

Guests commented that they can often hear was happening in the room next door or in the hallway. So there doesn't seem to be much insulation. Plus, visitors housed near the pool and lounge mentioned having to contend with noise from those areas.

Even some people who enjoyed the hotel said that they felt two areas were overpriced - the breakfast and the parking. Plus, since there's only one café and valet parking is the only option, guests said that they felt at the mercy of the hotel.

A few visitors remarked that the pool is on the small side so you won't find many lounge chairs, however, the main complaint is its location, which is next to the highway. Guests commented that you have to compete with the sights, sounds and smells of the freeway, which isn't very relaxing.
