The 4-star Alma Tropical Resort Hotel in Vera Cruz has 16 existing suites/apartments (10 more to be reformed) with private beach, tennis, swimming pool, volley, putting green (golf) parking area, club house. The property was renovated in 2013. In the locality of Tairu the Alma Tropical Resort has a total area of 40,000 sqm; the main entrance is taken directly from the main asphalt road access. In the first 300 meters, you must cross the Atlantic Forest, with typical plants of native vegetation where wild animals live, already accustomed to man: monkeys, parrots, iguanas, lizards, birds of various species. As you arrive at the parking area (useful to park more than 50 cars) you can go trough a second gate to access to the focus resort area. In this area there are two houses that can be turned into 10 suites, beach volley, lawn tennis court, putting green and a natural lake. Here is the reception building and a restaurant on the lake river that can accommodate more then 60 people. Beyond the lake there is a private equipped beach with white sand where the 16 apartments are located On the private beach there is kiosk offering drinks and food with barbecue. Each apartment is already equipped with mini bar, TV and fan (air conditioning is not necessary), hot water in the bathrooms and private balconies with adequate comfort for a holiday. To complete the property there is a club house with cocktail bar, snooker, TV, swimming pool and massage and relaxation area.
