The 2-star Vecchio Forno offers 14 comfortable rooms: singles, doubles, twins, triples and quadruples for families or groups of friends. Every room has ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Vecchio Forno proposes typical Umbrian recipes, all made with fresh local ingredients. Its specialties, truffle dishes, grilled meat, game (on request), home-made pasta and desserts, are all part of the ancient cooking tradition of Umbria. The pizza chef carefully selects flours and ingredients. In order to make his pizzas lighter and easier to digest, he uses mother yeast (starter) and leaves the dough to rise for 48 hours. The dishes are accompanied by a selection of regional and Italian wines and by an excellent house wine, a D.O.C by the Umbrian winery Dionigi.
