The Al Ehsan Towers are conveniently located close to many of the city's historical points of interest, shopping, and the Holy Mosque. A shuttle is available for visits to the mosque and public transportation makes it easy to go shopping at unique upscale stores. The towers are within easy walking distance of a diverse array of fine restaurants, coffee houses and cafes. Guests remark that they choose the hotel because of the location but will return as the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable.

Guests note that the service staff on the desk and in the restaurant are friendly, helpful and accommodating; quick to offer useful tourist advice and assistance with car rental and directions for getting around the city.

Guests report that the rooms are functional with the basic amenities required for an overnight stay and that the price is within budget. Guests note they will return and that they had no complaints regarding service.

Guests have commented that the reservation system has flaws and that their individual reservation was cancelled when the hotel booked out the entire property to one group. Although arrangement were made for another lodging, guests felt they were displaced and were not pleased with the change.

Wi-Fi service at Al Eshan Towers is free but not dependable with guests reporting that service improves in some of the public areas and that the inconvenience did not detract from their stay.
