The hotel is right near the airport. It's perfect if you have a flight to catch early the next day, or you want to stay only for a day or two. If you are renting a car, you can get to the car rental facility in only a few minutes.

Despite the hotel environment, the personnel are completely different. Very pleasant and helpful, their attitude is quite different from the rough neighborhood they work in.

The area of the hotel is dodgy. There are lots of people of questionable character hanging around. It's a rough neighborhood and is more suitable for individuals who live on the edge. Don't be surprised if you hear the police popping around to the hotel for one thing or another.

There are no restaurants in the area. There are no shops either. There is a fast food place about a block away; however, the neighborhood makes you feel like you have to "run there and back" to make sure you are not a target of a shady character, just to be on the safe-side. However, you can order takeaways.

It's no surprise that the Wi-Fi is weak at the hotel. It frequently drops out and the signal is just not strong enough the majority of the time.
