Great location.
The hotel is well-situated. You can easily walk to the many tourist sites in the city and there are a number of good restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The general location also feels quite safe and easily accessible as the metro station is a short walk away.

The hotel staff are great. You are welcomed by the friendly reception staff who check yiu in very efficiently, they are also happy to give you advice on here to go and things to do in the city. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the restaurant staff are hard-working. You are made to feel at home by the kind staff members.

Delicious Breakfast.
The Greek-style breakfast served at the hotel restaurant is delicious. The buffet offers a wide range of fresh pastries and breads, fresh fruits and yoghurts. Hot dishes such as bacon and eggs are cooked to perfection and the coffee is very tasty.

Better cleaning needed.
Guests have reported that the guest rooms need better cleaning. The rooms smell and the bathrooms show signs of mould. The carpets are stained, not vacuumed properly and show signs of wear and tear.

Upon arrival at the hotel some guests have reported that they were shown to their room, a room which did not correspond with the one they had booked. Some guests feel that the website photographs are not a true representation of the actual guest rooms.

Paper-thin walls.
The guest rooms are not soundproofed. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the neighbouring rooms as well as other guests moving through the hotel corridors.
