Thedowntown location, just minutes from the Victoria Clipperand Black Ball ferry terminals, was the most highly rated feature of this hotel. Guests appreciated the easy walk to points of interest such as Inner Harbour, Fisherman's Wharf and British Columb

The hotel has three floors and no elevators which presented problems for some guests especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

This is an older hotel and some guests found it dated and a little rundown. Others described it as overdue for a facelift and in need of refurbishing.

The complimentary Wi-Fi was too slow for some guests, others complained that it didn't work at all.
