Guests have appreciated amenities offered in the apartment. There is a separate study room. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a large freezer. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. One issue expressed was the need of an instruction manual to run the machines. The heating equipment at the Accordia has received some criticism.  While some felt it took too much time to heat, others felt the heating was insufficient, especially during the winter. Some guests even claim it did not work for the entire duration of their stay.
