Acca Patong Boutique Hotel is a fairly new hotel and this is reflected not only in the overall cleanliness and newness of fixtures and appliances, but also in the fresh, vibrant and trendy décor and colour scheme throughout the hotel. Rooms are individually decorated and each one has a unique personality, helping to make the stay totally pleasurable.

Hotel staff are well-spoken and friendly with most able to offer assistance in English. Staff give great advice on where to go in the area and a tour and ticket desk in the lobby is also a very convenient way to book tickets to local shows and attractions.

The entire Patong district is a very lively and vibrant place both day and night. This can lead to a lot of street noise, especially at night and can be very disruptive, especially for light sleepers. Rooms are also not well-insulated against noise from neighbouring rooms.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property but this service is very inconsistent with stronger signals in certain parts of the hotel and weaker or non-existent signals in other parts.

Hot water delivery in basins and showers is sometimes also inconsistent with instances of no hot water at all. It may be a good idea to use the shower during quieter times when there is less demand on the system.
