You will be in the heart of the town while staying at this facility. Public transportation is just a couple of feet away. The High Street is close by and a nice stroll by the sea by Luna Park is minutes away. There are a number of bars and shopping opportunities around as well.

The bathroom features are quite clever. The automatic mirror defogger is fantastic after stepping out of a hot shower and the floor-heating is a winner during the cold months. The shower pressure is nice too.

Staff are hospitable and know how to do their job. Rooms are maintained well and the bed is comfortable. Housekeeping are a friendly group and they do a good job keeping the place clean.

The hotel street is a bit scary during the night. The area is filled with shady characters and at night-time it gets noisy. On Saturday nights the hoopla really heats up. The soundproofing of the hotel is not too good, and the vehicles and motorcycles zooming down the street can get on your nerves as well.

If you are a smoker, there’s no designated place for you in the facility. You’ll have to go out on the street with all the shady characters to have a puff.

There are a few other things that should be noted. There is no elevator, so you will have to haul your luggage up the stairs and drag them down. No mirror is in the main area of the room and the beds are on rollers, which means you could find yourself on an unintended joy ride in the confines of your room.
