As per majority of the guests, the location of the motel is one of the best in Paducah. It is peaceful and serene but at the same time it is at a walking distance from shopping malls and many eateries. Guests traveling by the Interstate 24 found it very convenient to halt here and take adequate rest.
The continental breakfast served here was very delicious and had a sufficient spread. It included sausage, biscuits, fresh bananas, cereals, toast, oatmeal, milk, coffee and fresh fruit juice. Guests enjoyed making their own waffles in the waffle maker. Food was served in time and refills too didn’t take much time.
Rooms were clean and very well-maintained with all the basic amenities. Bathroom was clean and had a regular supply of hot water. Beds were very comfortable which ensured a good nights’ sleep. The staff members are very courteous and professional. Their warm smile made the guests feel at home.
Few parts of the hotel exteriors were under renovation as most of it was in a state of despair. The railing was so rusted that it could fall off with a simple shove. The toilet had to be flushed many times for it to be effective.
The noisy air conditioner kept the guests awake for major part of the night. The on/off knob was missing in some of the air conditioners because of which the guests could not control it.
Even though most of the rooms were clean, guests in some of the rooms had a bad experience with bugs crawling on the beds and cockroaches on the walls. It was a creepy experience for them.
