The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to Faro Airport; some guests even noted that the airport was within walking distance of the accommodation. The location is certainly a positive aspect of staying here as guests will be able to have a stress-free journey to the airport and will be able to savour their last day in Faro without envisioning an arduous journey to make their flight.

Many guests were impressed with the hotel's bright, modern decor and found that the facilities were similarly contemporary and functional. The hotel's lobby is airy and welcoming, and the rooms are decorated in a similar fashion. Guests enjoyed the on-site swimming pool which is well-sized and clean. In addition to the comfort and modernity, guests can also enjoy how spotlessly clean the hotel is. All facilities and rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness thanks to a diligent cleaning staff who enact a very thorough job.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel comfortable upon arrival. All staff members, from those working on the front desk to those working at the hotel bar, endeavour to provide excellent customer service and will happily and promptly respond to any requests or queries guests may have.

The breakfast choices provided by the hotel are somewhat limited and are also not complimentary; many guests felt that the breakfast could be improved and that it should also be included in the hotel's price.

While the hotel is convenient for getting to and from the airport, there is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. However, a bus is available.

Guests felt that the in-room amenities were lacking and more facilities were needed.
