Even if you make a reservation at Borrowdale’s restaurant, be prepared to wait during peak hours, not only for a table, but for a waiter to get to you. Once they do, however, you will find it was worth the wait.

Some of the guest rooms could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms where the fixtures have seen better days.

Be sure to wait and ask for upgrades until you check in because otherwise, you may be charged twice for that uograde or, even worse, charged for an upgrade you never got.
