Super Convenient Location
The facility location is the best you can ask for. You are right in the middle of Toronto and surprisingly, it's quiet! You can literally walk everywhere. Nathan Philips Square, Kensington Market, Queen Street West, and more are nearly right at your doorstep. The Eaton Centre is close by, and there are a bunch of nice eateries to grab a quick bite to eat.

Breakfast Is Delicious
Surprisingly, the breakfast is quite decent. It's served buffet style with a choice of pastries, eggs, meats, fruit, and more. What's more, breakfast is available for a good part of the morning and there's plenty to go around.

Perfect for Solo Travellers
If you are on a tight budget and require accommodation in the midst of it all, this place might suit your needs.

Cleaning Is Not Enough
The stench of the corridors is maddening. You will also find worn out carpeting, holes in the walls, stained linens and curtains, peeling paint and rust, and dust galore. You can't even see out the windows they are so dirty. You may also see mould in the bathroom, rotting wood from humidity, and grimy elevator. It makes you wonder what cleaning is performed during the one day a week housekeeping comes!
negative:
Fitted Would Be Better
The bed sheets are uncomfortable. They are not the fitted type and continuously come off.

Perhaps Too Basic for Comfort?
The accommodations are extremely basic. There's hardly much more than a bed in the room. There's no TV and the Wi-Fi is very iffy. If you are looking for a place with amenities, you can forget this facility. It's not ideal for families either.
