Many reviews have commended staff for a wonderful performance in the service department. Guests are made to feel valued and welcomed and any issue that arises is taken care of promptly by the staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient and this has been made special note of in several positive reviews.

Guests have been pleased to learn that each room is fitted with individually controlled air-conditioning. However, reviews have made mention of these units being a nuisance during the night for making a rattling noise when switched on.

Some reviews have indicated that although the on-site water park is a great feature, it does result in a number of young children running around the hotel with wet feet making a noise. This is a natural result of having an on-site water park but has still come up in a number of reviews.

Guests have been pleased that this hotel offers an on-site restaurant. Some reviews, however, have suggested that guests would be better off finding an alternative place to enjoy a meal as this restaurant does not offer service or food as good as what can be found at other, off-site restaurants.
