positive:
Close to many attractions...
Guests generally like the hotel's location, noting that the Clinton Presidential Library, Riverfront Market, arts district, and many restaurants are within walking distance, and the complimentary shuttle to all of these areas (plus the airport) is a much appreciated convenience, too. Drivers like the hotel's free parking and proximity to the Interstate.
positive:
Clean, comfortable rooms...
Guests describe the rooms as very clean, comfortable, and in keeping with their expectations for one of the brand's older properties in terms of decor: traditional and a little dated, but well maintained. The collection of White House and Presidential memorabilia in the lobby is a neat surprise.

A hot night in Little Rock...
Guests have reported difficulty with the air conditioning in their rooms, noting the units are either too noisy for sleeping, or else unable to beat the Arkansas heat. The air conditioning seems to be a bit temperamental in the hallways and fitness centre, too.
negative:
Go West, light sleepers...
Rooms on the East side of the building overlook the Interstate, and light sleepers have been kept up by street noise.

Refrigerators don't come standard...
Guests have been annoyed to discover there are no mini fridges and microwaves in the standard guest rooms, though they are available in the suites. Others are disappointed that breakfast is not included in the room rate.
