The hotel is located very close to E-295, making it a convenient stop for people traveling through. You can also venture out into the further Jacksonville area easily from this location. Restaurants are within a short driving distance. Two beaches are about eleven miles away. The shuttle will also take you to nearby Malls like St. Johns Town Center or The Avenues Mall.

Many guests really enjoyed the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are fairly spacious. Amenities like premium channels and microwave and fridge make your stay even more convenient. The location is quiet despite the highway.

Customer service at this location is provided with a smile. Many guests remarked how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was. They felt that they could rely on them for arranging the shuttle, recommendations in the area and clearing up small issues that might arise.

You might want to use a GPS system to get to the hotel as quite a few guests remarked that it was rather hard to find without. There is no good signage posted to get to it. Just putting in the address in your navigator might save you some trouble.

This location does not offer free breakfast like other Holiday Inn locations. However, guests who decided to pay for the breakfast buffet were happy with what they received and felt it was worth the money.

A few guests had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection and either got disconnected or did get a very slow connection. This is however not a common complaint, so it might highly depend on the room location or the device used to log in.
