Some reviews of repeat guests stated that upon their previous visit, this hotel was in need of a bit of renovating. Guests were happy to give positive feedback, based on their latest visit, that this hotel has taken steps to modernize and update this hotel and it was noticeable and added to a pleasurable visit by guests.

This hotel has received excellent reviews based on the staff's attentive and welcoming service. Guests have been pleased with front desk staff and the casual friendliness of the manager, always greeting with a smile and a joke.

The on-site restaurant, the Burger Theory, has received excellent reviews with guests commending not only the food but the service and overall setting. The fact that the restaurant is situated on-site also adds to convenience and resulted in it being frequented by many guests.

The hotel rooms have been reviewed as spacious and comfortable. However, the same has not been said about the bathrooms. This has not detracted from the overall experience of staying at this hotel, but for the sake of comfort, guests would have preferred a slightly bigger bathroom.

The in-room air-conditioning had a few negative reviews as it raised a few issues during some guests' stay. It was not always in working condition and when it was, some reviews suggested that it was loud as well as temperamental.

This may not be a policy of this hotel but reviews suggested that the hotel personnel were unavailable during certain hours of the night. Guests would experience inconveniences that needed to be dealt with by staff and received no assistance until morning.
