Several reviews have indicated that the rooms at this hotel as slightly outdated. The in-room features, such as the mattresses and pillows, are outdated and the air-conditioning units in a number of rooms are old and temperamental.

Not many negative reviews have expressed disappointment in the food at the on-site restaurant. However, the same cannot be said about the service offered. Waiters give off the impression that they are overwhelmed and do not give overall good service.

Although very necessary, the air-conditioning units are loud and emit a buzzing sound all through the night. For most guests, sleeping with a window open is not an option due to outside noises, therefore the only option is to get used to the loud units which has been difficult for some.
