Holiday Inn Express Voorhees/ Mt. Laurel, an IHG Hotel (Voorhees, USA)

The hotel is near to popular local shops and restaurants and a number of people who stayed here thought that it was very convenient as they could pop out for a bite to eat or do some last minute shopping before continuing their journey home or to another destination.

When you receive great customer service you write great reviews and a number of reviews for this hotel went into detail about how helpful the staff were at the hotel. Even when the fault was with the customer for reservation mistakes, staff were only too happy to rectify these problems and accomodate their requests.

A number of people who stayed at this hotel and who were keen to check-in and out quickly were not disappointed with many saying that each stage of their experience was relatively painless and hassle free,  which would see them return to this hotel if they were ever in the area again.

The hotel is dirty and in need of a deep clean according to guests who have stayed here. For some the evidence was what they found in their rooms in drains, toilets and sinks. For others the surfaces needs a good going over, with housekeeping to be held more accountable for their work.

Common comments about the hotel from seasoned travelers and Hampton Inn loyalty members was that this hotel simply was not up to the usual style and standard of other Hampton Inns that they had stayed in before.  Bug-bears included a boring breakfast, lack of sound-proofing and shabby furniture.

A number of amenities were broken across the hotel which guests drew attention to in their reviews. For some the air conditioning did not work, for others the TV was broken, which left the room with a dingy and cheap feel. Needless to say these guests did not positively review the hotel.
