The only difference with this hotel as opposed to others is the degree to which the health and fitness center is equipped. This hotel offers an extensive range of equipment for guests to use and has added to the convenience of staying at this hotel.

Reviews have indicated that rooms are beautifully and comfortably appointed. Including a kitchenette, very comfortable beds and furniture, this hotel has managed to separate itself from the rest by offering similar amenities that are just a jump of quality above the rest.

This hotel employs a host of staff offering extremely friendly and helpful service. Guests have been made to feel valuable and well looked after. Staff members are efficient in their duties and carry out task effectively and in the best interests of guests.

Reviews have suggested that the guest bathrooms have not been well attended to. In certain cases, the showers had traces of mildew and were not pleasant in terms of cleanliness.

Guests have been disappointed in certain cases when they were excited to enjoy either the on-site hot tub or indoor pool but have been turned away due to maintenance issues. Guests have been understanding of this but were not impressed that no notice was given prior to their arrival.

Guests have put it no other way other than to simply urge this hotel to purchase new features. Amenities such as the ice machines and other features have not been in working order. Although this did not detract from a lovely stay at this hotel, it did cause an inconvenience which guests have not been very pleased with.
