The location of this hotel has suited previous guests. The property is a little further away from the heart of downtown as the name suggests but the location is convenient nonetheless. There are dining spots within walking distance and several malls within a short drive.
A minor point perhaps but guests have noted the lack of coin-op laundry equipment at this Jackson hotel. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available but this is not quite as convenient as being able to do a quick load yourself.
