Several guests remarked that the staff is not only friendly and warm, they're also hard-working and honest. Whether it’s something as simple as offering directions or mailing forgotten items back to prior visitors, guests mentioned they go above and beyond their job descriptions.

One of the big pluses going for this hotel is where it’s situated. According to a number of guests, it's near a more desirable area of Stockton, along with being close to the freeway. Others commented that you'll find amenities such as fast food restaurants and gas stations conveniently located by the hotel.

Several guests remarked that the hotel is rather cleanly. Even the common areas are usually very tidy.  For people looking for a dependable and safe environment, quite a few guests say you’ll enjoy this location.

According to travelers, they were able to hear their neighbors around them, the noise from the freeway and   appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Most of the guests didn't seem to have an issue though. Still, it's not a horrible idea to pack some earplugs.

For some guests they mentioned that during the time they could connect it didn’t last long and they got kicked off the signal. Plus, downloading seems to take an extremely long time. If you need to be connected to the Internet, for whatever reason, some travelers say you'll have difficulties here.

Travelers remark that the beds can be a bit too firm for their liking. However, it should be noted that the majority of visitors found the bedding work perfect for them.
