When it came to customer service, essentially all former guests were thrilled with the staff members representing the hotel. The service provided was regularly labeled as really helpful, friendly and cooperative.

Although there are a limited amount of restaurants and stores within walking distance, the location of the hotel was still a highlight for many. Various attractions such as Dinosaur World and Mammoth Cave Adventures are a short drive from the accommodation.

The overall condition of the rooms was lambasted by numerous recent visitors that stayed at the hotel. It was claimed that the rooms were dated and showing wear and tear, while cleanliness standards were also apparently overlooked in certain cases.

The basic nature of the rooms was disappointing for various former guests that stayed at the accommodation. In particular, the reported omission of amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves was criticized at times when it came to the hotel’s rooms.

The soundproofing of the rooms has proven to be inadequate for various previous visitors to the hotel, with it stated that noise from both passing traffic and neighboring guests can be a potential issue. In addition, the air conditioning units have also been described as noticeably loud on occasion.
