Guests remarked that it's conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and bar, but it's also within four miles of downtown Harrisburg and approximately 20 minutes to Hershey attractions. So while it's not directly in either of these locations, both areas are within driving distance of the hotel according to visitors.

In addition to great location, visitors mentioned that the rooms are also very tidy and neat. For number of people, this created a comfortable stay. It also generated comments such as they would stay again since it meets the standards they expect with Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Guests mentioned that there's a little bit of everything here for everyone. While you may not find tons of food in every category, visitors mentioned that you'll probably find something that you like. As for the quality, most comments ranged from being decent to pretty good.

Guests mentioned there are some maintenance issues within the hotel. Some visitors talked about having to move to a different room because of refrigerators not working. Others mentioned fans in the bathrooms not functioning or TVs that didn't work.

A few visitors commented that the rooms have kind of a moldy smell. Cigarettes or disinfectant odor was cited by travelers. In general though, most people didn't have an issue with smells here.

Some guests mentioned that for lamination on the door is peeling, wallpaper is coming off, squeaky beds and just overall dated look. A number of guests said some small improvements could go a long way here.
