The hotel is right outside the campus and activities and events held there are just a short drive. It's convenient to the nearby interstate and several popular hiking trails. The main area of town is also a short drive with many choices for food and entertainment.

The suites are comfortable with separate sitting areas for relaxing and the entire unit is well-designed and functional, even for those who require longer stays. Units with a kitchenette have added value and the entire property has recently been refurbished.

The entire staff is very attendant to your needs. You'll be greeted with a warm welcome and any requests will be met with quickly and professionally. Housekeepers keep to schedule and the breakfast bar staff keep that area stocked.

There isn't a lot of storage in the units as the closets are quite small. The bathrooms are also on the smaller side and designed with the vanity in the bedroom, instead of a bath. For those sharing a space, this might cause a lack of privacy.

The walls here are thin and outside and interior noise from other rooms can be heard. Guests over or near the breakfast bar or exercise room can hear that noise and it's even possible to hear water running in the wall pipes. Talking in the hallways and traffic noise can also be heard.

Breakfast may be fast, but it lacks in appeal. The breakfast area is small and gets crowded quickly. If you're not early, you might not have a spot to sit. The food, also, is typical hotel fare with watery and rubbery hot choices and other menu items heavy on sugar and carbohydrates.
