Exceptionally neat and clean
This was usually the first point guests made in their reviews. They said that both their rooms and the public areas of the hotel were simply spotlessly clean when they checked in, and that housekeeping tended to keep them that way during the course of their stay.

Excellent design scheme
This hotel uses one of Holiday Inn’s newest interior design scheme’s, Guests certainly perked up and noticed, repeatedly saying that it looked exceptionally stylish. But aside from the design itself, guests also said that the hotel was exceptionally well maintained. It seemed that there were no dings scratches or other signs of wear, since if they arose maintenance would quickly see to them.

Fantastic staff
It was pretty much impossible to find a bad word written about the staff. From the initial warm welcome from the reception staff to the excellent service for the waiters in the restaurant, guests felt that the staff acted not only appropriately and professionally, but added something extra that made them feel right at home.

No complimentary breakfast
The only negative point that many seemed to agree on, was that there was no free breakfast served. While breakfast was served, a charge was levied, this being dependent on the guest’s reward level. Guests had hoped that the breakfast would be free.
