Great staff all round
One of the first things guests would mention in their reviews was that they found the staff to be fantastic. While all the staff came in for praise, the bartenders were said to be especially good, with many guests mentioning bartenders by name, saying they ended up being something closer to friends than bartenders after a while.

Decent food at the restaurant
Guests had mostly good things to say about the food from the onsite restaurant. They found that breakfast had a decent variety of foods available, allowing them to get a good start to their day. Dinner was also said to be good, with no compelling reason to eat elsewhere, unless one really wanted to.

Rooms very spacious
Guests were clearly happy with the size of their rooms, even those in the standard rooms. They felt they were getting the luxury of more space than is typical in this hotel category.

A bit of a noisy environment
Guests had noise complaints relating to noise from both inside the building and outside. On the inside, guests reported that the walls were “paper thin” and they could easily hear even normal volume sounds, like people talking and TV’s playing, from adjacent rooms. Guests in highway facing rooms also mentioned that they could hear the cars zooming by.

Fitness center a bit small
Guests were not happy with the facilities offered in the fitness center. They said they were quite limited and did not allow them to really get a comprehensive workout.

Mold in the bathrooms
There were far too many guests reporting that they found mold in their bathroom for comfort. They felt that housekeeping had let standards slide and were now faced with a much more serious problem, possibly affecting guest’s health.
