Holiday Inn Austin Airport, an IHG Hotel (Austin, USA)

Being not only conveniently situated near the Austin Bergstrom International Airport, but being close to other places of interest, such as Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail and Rocket Electrics Austin Tours, makes this hotel very popular for its wonderful location.

In a few reviews, this hotel has been dubbed unlike any other Holiday Inn they have stayed at. Guest rooms at this hotel have received many great reviews for their modern, contemporary decor and neat, clean room setting. The rooms have also been reviewed to be spacious and make for a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is convenient for business professionals on the move. Guests who need business orientated amenities are more than catered for. Excellent wireless bandwith, plenty of electrical outlets, USB and HDMI inputs directly into the TV are all were in working order and all included in this hotel.

There have not been many negative reviews but among the small few were complaints about the noise levels. Walls must be somewhat thin as there have been complaints that guests were able to hear all neighboring guest's noises.

Another complaint made by guests visiting this hotel is the airport shuttle fee. It is not expensive and by no means detracts from an exquisite hotel but guests were unaware that a fee was expected to be paid for the use of the shuttle to the airport and upon finding out, it came as a shock.

This hotel offers on-site dining but guests do pay for the added convenience. Food has been reviewed to be more expensive than other places. If guests are happy to leave the hotel to find a bite to eat or pay a slight bit extra for convenience of eating in, this problem is solved.
