Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideal location
This hotel is right by a mall, and you are within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. It’s a great location and especially convenient for you if you’re going to The Infinite Energy Center which is only a nine-minute walk from the hotel.
positive:
Super service from all
Everyone from the front desk staff to the wait staff and even the housekeepers will all greet you with a smile. Everyone seems to enjoy working here, and it’s a very welcoming place for guests. And if you have any problems the staff are more than willing to sort them out.
positive:
Great shuttle service
The local area shuttle is a real bonus for guests at this hotel. It saves you a lot of money on taxi fares and is very useful for those who aren’t too light on their feet. It’s a great help, and the drivers are friendly and polite.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Minor housekeeping issues
The issues are minor such as mold in the bathrooms and hairs on the floor, but these minor problems are consistent suggesting that the staff aren’t trained very well in thorough cleaning procedures. It’s not a deal breaker but something that may bother you.
negative:
Check that breakfast is included
If you have a B&B rate, then you are good to enjoy the breakfast but if you aren’t then you must pay a set price. Guests feel that this price is too high for the standard offerings you get at breakfast, and they are shocked that they are expected to pay.
negative:
No further issues reported
So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
