Hillcrest Hotel By JFK Air Train (Queens, USA)

The hotel is conveniently located within close proximity of JFK Airport and Newark Airport so guests will not have the last day of their stay marred by a long journey to the airport. Guests are also situated within walking distance of a number of public transport links that can take them to the center of Manhattan; Newark Penn Station and a number of subway stations are nearby and from there guests can access New York City in a relatively short amount of time.

The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable as they are fitted with modern amenities that should replicate the comforts of home. Guests can enjoy an expansive bed that is extremely comfortable and a spotlessly clean room.

Many guests considered the breakfast to be a positive attribute of their stay; the complimentary breakfast is provided each morning and was found to be satisfying by the majority of guests though a small number of guests found it to be somewhat bland.

The Wi-Fi was considered to be unreliable and slow in its connectivity by many guests who were disappointed with this aspect of their stay.

While a large number of guests were very pleased with the size and comfort of their rooms, others found the furnishings to be dated and felt that this could do with some updating. Other guests found the hotel's exterior to be in need of renovation though this did not negatively impact their stay.

A number of guests found the staff to be indifferent towards them and uninterested in engaging however, other guests had the opposite experience and found them to be courteous.
