Hotel Hi-Ho is a direct-to-room service property, so we have eliminated our traditional front desk! One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email from Hotel Hi-Ho to complete your pre check-in process. Once you have completed the pre check-in process and once your room is ready, the property will send you another email with the code to the lobby door, and a code to your room along with your room number. The hotel check-in time is 3:00pm; however, our check-in system is designed to check you in at the earliest available time following the completion of your mobile check-in. If you arrive late at night, simply complete your mobile check-in early in the day and our system will automatically check you in by 3:00pm.
