Staff members are always friendly, they deal with any issues that arise quickly and efficiently, they accommodate every request as best they can and they have no problem answering questions about the area and helping guests plan their stay.

The rooms at this hotel are immaculately clean and very tastefully-decorated with modern furnishings and decor. Guests also reported that the beds are comfortable and all the amenities are in working order.

Guests reported that the location of this hotel is excellent because it is quiet but also right on the boardwalk and close to everything. Guests also reported that the views are stunning and the beach is beautiful too.

Some guests have reported that the Wi-Fi internet service at Harrison Hall hardly ever works in the rooms or elsewhere in the hotel and when it does work, it's extremely slow and doesn't keep a connection very long.

Guests reported that although the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there is a smell of cigarette smoke around the hotel and in the guest rooms.

The exterior of the building is not very well-kept and looks quite old and shabby. Guests reported that a new coat of paint and some ground maintenance would make a world of difference to the outside of the hotel and surrounding grounds.
