Solid breakfast to start your day
Guests remarked that the variety of breakfast foods was a pleasant surprise and that its quality ingredients were quite tasty.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Remote location
If you have to attend an event at the Messezentrum, this location is convenient as it is only a 7-minute car ride away. However, if you are a tourist you are better off with a hotel closer to the city center, because this hotel is not the most convenient to access anything other than the fair area. There is no variety of restaurants or stores within walking distance, so you have to either take your car or get a taxi to explore the area.
negative:
Understaffed
Several guests reported that the hotel was sorely understaffed, as the front desk, housekeeping and room service not always answering the phone, the airport shuttle not appearing, and the waiters having a hard time serving their dining guests.
negative:
Signs of aging
Guests pointed out that the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, as they recommend that the old, slow elevators undergo maintenance. They also reported that the air-conditioning seemed to be in need of work as well, since it could not provide sufficient coolness in the rooms.
