Walking distance to the main streets and many popular attractions like the mountain gondola and a few hiking trails, with plenty of parking available (but do try to get there early enough; it sometimes fills up more toward the evening hours.) Nice natural toiletries available in the eco-friendly restroom dispensers. Laundry facilities on-site. Tasty, simple breakfasts with pastries and fresh coffee to start your day. An excellent value for the price!

Pleasant and accommodating staff will assure your stay is as cozy and comfortable as possible. You'll find them up early preparing your breakfasts, and clearing the hot tub area and the walkways evening during snowstorms in the winter months.

Rooms are nicely arranged, clean and comfortable with decent amenities. Bedding is adequate.

Some expressed their rooms were noisy from voices outside as well as next door and in the hallway. Soundproofing is non-existent here. They could hear every sound from the chairs being moved upstairs, to footsteps passing their door. The icing on the cake was the set of earplugs left beside the bed, showing evidence that staff realized it was noisy and was preparing for complaints. Noise exceeded earplug-tolerance levels for some - and others didn't wish to use the earplugs left for them. Basement rooms seem to be the worst for this problem. Ask for a room facing the alley for less outside noise - although this won't stop all of it.

Please get clarity in writing about the cancellation policy. Some have needed to cancel far in advance of their visit, only to be refused a refund on their deposit.

Some had rooms without air conditioning and uncomfortable beds. Refrigerators and toilets had leaks. Others had trouble finding parking.
