Travellers who have their dog accompanying them will find this place quite a nice stop. Dogs are genuinely and warmly welcomed, and have plenty of space to stretch their legs. They are allowed in the pub area while you have a drink or bite to eat, and are given their own water while hanging out.

This is a fabulous spot if you've come to explore Snowdonia, Swallow Falls, or even just the Conwy Valley region in general. You have clear views from your room, and are instantly surrounded by the beauty and scenery of the area.

Families like staying at Swallow Falls Complex because of all of the little extras available. All ages can easily find something to do, ranging from tots who can play in the designated children's area, to teens who can play a tennis table match. Having these activities at hand makes it easier for the adults to unwind.

The menu often disappoints in quality as well as pricing. Ingredients don't taste or look fresh, suggesting that they were previously frozen, or maybe processed instead of fresh. Meats are undercooked, vegetables overdone, and portions lacking in value.

There are greater expectations for the accommodations, and the rooms don't live up to the promoted ambiance. They are in need of attention, and better upkeep and cleaning. Toiletries and linens are also not always replenished, which adds to the poor conditions.

Cordial and helpful customer service is unfortunately not consistent here. Not everyone is curt, impolite, and inattentive, but not everyone is friendly and pleasant either.
