The rooms were a highlight for many that stayed at the North Shore Inn. As well as being typically judged as immaculately clean and tidy, the hotel's rooms were generally said to be comfortable, well-equipped and provide wonderful views.

With Lake Gregory positioned directly opposite, many found the hotel's location to be ideal for their needs. Further afield, the accommodation was also seen as a convenient base for getting to nearby points of interest such as Green Valley Lake and Lake Arrowhead Village.

Nearly all previous visitors only had positive comments for the staff members working at the North Shore Inn. The service provided was regularly considered to be really welcoming, kind and accommodating.

The North Shore Inn fails to offer any form of breakfast in the morning - an understandable concern for those that have formerly stayed at the hotel. With that said, various dining choices are in close proximity to the accommodation.

Based on the sentiment of a notable amount of previous visitors, noise from passing traffic can prove to be bothersome when staying at the hotel. This was mainly attributed to the accommodation's position next to a main road.

Whilst the hotel is limited in terms of its facilities and has been judged as somewhat pricey as a result, this was rarely a prevalent issue in the past. In fact, and despite its simplicity and other negative points, the North Shore Inn would be highly recommended by the large majority of former visitors.
