The visit gets off on the right foot, thanks to the very friendly and helpful members of staff.

Particularly given this really popular south coast location and being so near to Brighton; food and drink is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is ‘cheap as chips' and hits the mark. This is a good B+B with the added attraction of a well stocked bar and a varied, reasonably priced menu.

Rooms are pleasant and well decorated and maintained. A real winter warmer during our colder months, you look forward to returning here after a day's working or sightseeing.

To find a male wandering in to use the loo and washing facilities in what is designated as an ‘all girls' area, is  worrying. It certainly ruffles quite a few feathers. These and other issues are annoying because, with a little thought and planning, they could easily be avoided... *Just WHO was that guy?!

They certainly know how to price their food. Costs are really high. The next thing on the agenda must be preparation and presentation! If you are looking for a source, breakfast is a real salt mine. It takes forever to get served and when the evening meal turns up, it's stone cold and unappetising.

It's not your fault that you turn up for a meal out, only to find that all the staff's attention zooms in on a pr-booked, high paying, party booking. Guess who suffers as the result of poor service and content …'Gather' in what you may!
