Guests described the check-in process as hassle-free and said that they received a very high level of service during their stay. All of the members of staff were described as friendly and attentive often remembering and acknowledging returning guests.

Quite a few guests said that the choice on offer at breakfast was rather limited and that the same items were available every day. There was no hot food available much to the disappointment of many.

Guests who wanted to access the Internet from their rooms found it frustrating trying to connect as the Wi-Fi signal was said to be weak and intermittent meaning that many had to log on several times.

Not all of the rooms boast scenic views as guests who stayed in the en-suites located at the back of the property objected to the unsightly views of the car park or the wall of the building opposite.
